Frequently Asked Questions

My turn around time for engagement, bridal, and other portrait sessions is two weeks, and wedding galleries are typically delivered within four weeks. Some seasons are busier than others, so I will specify in your contract how long it will take!

I upload the high-resolution images to an online gallery and then send clients a link via email. From there, they can download the digital photos to their phone + computer and then print them using the professional lab attached to the gallery or through a company of their choice! They can also share the link with family and friends!!! *Digital images are included; prints are sold separately.

I love getting new inquiries, so I try to respond as quickly as possible. It's typically within 24 hours, but if you haven't heard from me within 48 hours, check your spam/junk folder (sometimes emails get sent there). If it's not there, fill out another contact form! Emails get lost sometimes.

Yes yes yesss! A million times YES! Depending on my availability, I will travel out-of-state and out-of-country! I enjoy shooting at new locations and am here to capture your dream vision. For weddings/sessions outside of Southern Idaho or Oahu Hawaii, there is a travel fee associated with the cost!

ANGLES and TIME! You will get so many more perspectives of your day with having a second photographer from my team join us. Think about you walking down the aisle... you'll get the back of you, the front of you, some guest reactions, AND most importantly your partner's reaction.. who doesn't want that?! 

It will also help your timeline run smoother because I can "theoretically" be in two places at once (ex: while I'm doing your detail shots, my second shooter could be doing the groom's detail shots).

Oftentimes, I am already booked on a desired wedding date, but I still want to be able to serve that potential client who reached out. Therefore, I offer them an associate shooter package option!! This means I will send someone from my team (an experienced, trained wedding photographer) in my place to physically take photos of your wedding, and then I edit all of the RAW images he/she took. This allows you to get my same editing style and beautiful photos even if I am unavailable to be there in person for your special day! I train all of my associates, so they run the wedding day the same way I would. Many couples have chosen this option in the past, and they absolutely LOVED the experience!

We typically have enough time for 2-3 outfits during an engagement session! I always recommend at least two because it adds variety to your gallery, but having more than 3 outfits starts to take away from shooting time due to changing. 

No. I do not give out RAW images because these are not a true representation of my style and most of my clients do not have the correct software to be able to do anything with an image in RAW format. Also, a portion of the package cost goes towards the time and effort it takes me to edit the gallery.

ONLY 20!! In the past, I accepted more than that, and I found it difficult to truly give my FULL attention and time to each wedding. With capping it at 20, I am able to serve my clients much better than before because I am not burnt out, have more time to dedicate to editing, and am more available during the planning process for questions and connection!
